EVERYTHING seemed polished. The room size surprised me. It offered ample space to relax. I found the cleanliness was great. The location offered convenient access to local attractions and transport.

some issues detracted from the stay
faulty television uncleaned room
the location is indeed, very central.
My television DID NOT work properly. I had to call reception MULTIPLE times to get someone to fix it. also, one day i returned to my room at 5 pm to find it not cleaned. this was unacceptable.

mixed feelings about this stay
faulty tv ignored request
the hotel's location was acceptable, with access to various city attractions.
during my stay, the tv in my room did not work and i had to call reception multiple times. one day, my room was not cleaned until 5 p.m., and requests for tea bags and water were ignored. i found it all rather disappointing.

this hotel had a great location. the staff was friendly. i got a room with a wonderful bathtub, it was a dream. i also saw beautiful views.
on arrival, i got a room with a king size bed. i did request a twin bed. the breakfast food was NEVER hot, i don't know why.

Excellent City Hotel Experience
fantastic location premium room short walk public transport
The location is fantastic, just steps from Plaza de España. The hotel upgraded me to a Premium room on arrival. I found the Royal Palace is only a short walk away and near Parque de la Montana. It makes the area safe! The proximity to everything meant I rarely needed public transport.
The club behind the hotel played very loud music. This noise continued past 4 AM. This loud music disturbed my sleep.

The hotel features an indoor pool, which I found very relaxing. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, this is useful for fitness routines.

The Premium room had a king-size bed and two separate sinks. I appreciated the rainfall shower. The temperature control was very effective. I found the room design modern with functional details.

The hotel is next to a metro stop. Many of the best spots are within walking distance, like Parque de la Montaña. Great food, shopping and sites are nearby. I thought the central area was clean, safe, and beautiful.
